I've been safely vegan, and at times fruitarian and have even lived as liquids only for periods of time. On this journey you'll identify what the right path is for you. I love sharing this knowledge as parts of society are waking up to the disruptive nature of meat, dairy, processed sugar, caffein, alcohol, drugs and harsh chemicals inside "food".
I don't consider those items food because food is supposed to be healing, nurturing, naturally energizing, holistically medicinal and also good for the planet.
