Why I Created This Course — And Why It Works

In 2003, I had a life-changing near-death experience (NDE). To heal fully—without doctors, pills or even insurance—I became vegan and committed to learning the most effective and natural ways to heal my body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Now, over two decades later, I’m grateful to say:
I naturally healed lung failure, heart complications, insomnia, anxiety, trauma and chronic stress. You don't have to become fully plant based. Even being partially plant based helps increase your overall health. I was the least likely candidate to ever become vegan, and you can do it too!
